(build-and-install): Remove #:verbose?, which was unused.
(guix-pull): Adjust accordingly.
* gnu/packages/patches/tomb-fix-errors-on-open.patch: New file.

* gnu/packages/crypto.scm (tomb): Update to 2.7.
