[arguments]: Preserve "--enable-avresample" in #:configure-flags.
(ffmpeg-3.4): Inherit from FFMPEG-4.
[arguments]: Use G-expression.
(ffmpeg-2.8): Inherit from FFMPEG-3.4.
[inputs]: Remove.
(ffmpeg): Define as alias for FFMPEG-4.
(ffmpeg-for-stepmania): Inherit from FFMPEG-4.
[arguments]: Use G-expression.
