Kp baa8831bce Test whether compiler handles -Wuseless-cast ... clang does not understand -Wuseless-cast. Passing -Wuseless-cast to clang causes clang to fail the compile. Resolve this by adding an SConf test for -Wuseless-cast instead of adding it unconditionally.
