We need to enable backups for the server.

Initial plan: use borg to backup the server. We can store the most recent backups to another block storage drive on the server, and then use rclone to save the backup repo to the S3 cloud storage.

I began work on this using duplicity since it integrates perfectly with cloud storage and does incremental.

Currently have a plan set up for how to do automatically, did it manually and it works.
