doc: Capitalize and tweak cross-compilation-related node names.

* doc/guix.texi (Using cross-compilation): Rename to...
(Cross-Compilation): ... this.
(Using native builds): Rename to...
(Native Builds): ... this.  Adjust menus accordingly.
