Eww was wrongly classified as web-service. It can now be found under tools hence the global binding was changed from `SPC a w e` to `SPC a t e`. Also I have removed parts of the documentation still refering to this layer not being part of Spacemacs. |

Description
Ewww.. So ergonomic!
Features:
- Adds evil key bindings support to eww-mode (including eww-buffers/bookmarks/history-mode)
- Adds spacemacs functionality to eww-mode
- Adds ability to easily navigate eww buffers
Install
To use this configuration layer, add it to your ~/.spacemacs. You will need to
add eww to the existing dotspacemacs-configuration-layers list in this
file.
