Lua contribution layer for Spacemacs

Description
This layer adds support for editing Lua.
Features:
- Editing lua files using lua-mode
- Sending code to a lua REPL
Install
To use this contribution add it to your ~/.spacemacs
(setq-default dotspacemacs-configuration-layers '(lua))
