Move conda and ipython-notebook layer from +lang to +tools category 
Also adjusted the tags to match the folders the layers
are in. I have also updated the binding for imenu mentioned
in protobuf layer and adapted the kubernetes tags to register
as tool instead of as os.

Protocol Buffers layer

Description

Highlighting and syntax checking for Protocol Buffer files.

Features:

  • Syntax highlighting
  • Syntax checking using Flycheck (protoc compiler must be available)
  • Correct indentation and commenting
  • Quickly browse file contents using imenu (default key binding SPC b t).

Install

To use this configuration layer, add it to your ~/.spacemacs. You will need to add protobuf to the existing dotspacemacs-configuration-layers list in this file.
