syl20bnr cd600cad4f syntax-checking: just use flycheck default 
This commit drastically simplify the previous commit by removing
the layer variable syntax-checking-check-on-buffer-change and
the associated usage of it.

This effectively make spacemacs use the default flycheck setting.
If the user wants to customize this behavior then she can modify
directly the flycheck variable.

Syntax Checking configuration layer for Spacemacs

Description

This layer provides on the fly syntax and spelling checking using Flycheck and Flyspell.

Install

Layer

To use this configuration layer add it to your ~/.spacemacs

(setq-default dotspacemacs-configuration-layers '(syntax-checking))

Enabling/Disabling tooltips

By default tooltips are enabled and used whenever it is possible. You can disable them by setting the variable syntax-checking-enable-tooltips to nil:

(setq-default dotspacemacs-configuration-layers
  '((syntax-checking :variables syntax-checking-enable-tooltips nil)))
