Very basic layer for Erlang with support for basic =syntax-checking= and
=auto-completion= with the corresponding layers.

* Install
To use this configuration layer, add it to your =~/.spacemacs=. You will need to
add =erlang= to the existing =dotspacemacs-configuration-layers= list in this
file.
