7cb9c1924a sql: support for keywords auto capitalization
SQL, by convention, uses upper-case keywords, although lower-case works just as
well. As humans, the separation between upper-case and lower-case helps scan and
parse the code much more quickly.

4958f7fc10 Fix "the point" problems
Point is a proper name when it refers to the current editing location.
Moreover, point designates a place *between* two characters (or before the first
character, or after the last character), rather than a particular character.

6eab954afe Use + instead of ! for layer categories
Helm seems to treat "!" specially in pattern matching, so having a ! in
the pattern string when traversing directories is problematic. This
change fixes #2737, because as far as I can tell "+" has no special
meaning in a helm pattern.

Of course, we can choose a different character, but I'm fond of "+" as
representing "more layers here".
