Make * uses auto-highlight-symbol in all state except visual
...
In visual state we use evil-visualstar
In all other states we use auto-highlight-symbol
This is very powerfull
This change makes also ahs look for symbols everywhere (even in strings
and comments)

Change binding to insert snippet from "hy" to "is"
...
"is" for Insert Snippet. Nice symmetry, much more quick
to type than "hy" which is convenient for a text insertion
command.
