syl20bnr 4ff0270504 Change binding to insert snippet from "hy" to "is" 
"is" for Insert Snippet. Nice symmetry, much more quick
to type than "hy" which is convenient for a text insertion
command.

guide-key does not play well with golden-ratio.
also set delay to 1 seconds, can be configured in .spacemacs
for shorter delay
