- Rename contrib directory to layers

- Move spacemacs layer to layers/!distribution
- New layer spacemacs-core in layers/!distribution
- User can now set dotspacemacs-distribution to spacemacs or
spacemacs-core (default spacemacs)
spacemacs-core is very lightweight layer sufficient to build upon
spacemacs.
Questions often come up on Gitter regarding configuration of
the indentation level in Javascript and JSON fils, so I felt
this would be useful to call out.
- lists were not correctly indented sometimes
- **note** and such things do not exist in org
