80baa130cf Make clj-refactor off by default, update Clojure README
Document how to use the newly introduced variables to enable sayid and
clj-refactor.

Also update the documentation on adding CIDER-related dependencies. CIDER 0.10
is three years old now, so I think the case where cider middleware isn't
injected automatically is getting rare. However there is still a good use case
for running your Clojure process outside of Emacs/CIDER, meaning you don't get
to benefit from `cider-jack-in`'s magic insjections, so I have focused more on
that case, adding information for clj-refactor's and sayid's middleware, as well
as CIDER's.

74fdbb6795 Refactor and simplify company backends declaration
Enabling a company backend for a specific mode was a tedious tasks with code
scattered at different locations, one for local variable definitions, one for
company hook function definitions and another where the backends were pushed to
the local variables (which was problematic, since we ended up pushing the same
backends over and over again with `SPC f e R`, pushes have been replaced by
add-to-list calls in the new macro).

All these steps are now put together at one place with the new macro
spacemacs|add-company-backends, check its docstring for more info on its
arguments.

This macro also allows to define arbitrary buffer local variables to tune
company for specific modes (similar to layer variables via a keyword :variables)

The code related to company backends management has been moved to the
auto-completion layer in the funcs.el file. A nice side effect of this move is
that it enforces correct encapsulation of company backends related code. We can
now easily detect if there is some configuration leakage when the
auto-completion layer is not used. But we loose macro expansion at file loading
time (not sue it is a big concern though).

The function spacemacs|enable-auto-complete was never used so it has been
deleted which led to the deletion of the now empty file core-auto-completion.el.

The example in LAYERS.org regarding auto-completion is now out of date and has
been deleted. An example to setup auto-completion is provided in the README.org
file of the auto-completion layer.

d850fbc9aa declare-prefix-for-mode for all derived clojure-modes.
Previously, prefixes only worked for `.clj` files, not `.cljs`, `.cljx`,
or `.cljc`. `clojure-mode.el` defines derived major modes for each of
those other filetypes.

In other parts of the clojure layer, `(dolist (m '(...` is used to apply
effects to all of the derived modes, but it was missing from the usage
of `spacemacs/declare-prefix-for-mode`.

`cider-repl-mode` was also added to this list.

7b404f46c6 clojure: various tweaks
- Add missing leader prefixes
- Stop using deprecated cider-jump-to-var (Use cider-find-var instead)
- Add toggle for indentation style in clojure-mode
- Remove cider-debug-defun-at-point in repl leader (It doesn't do
anything other than messing up the buffer)
- Add spacemacs/cider-display-error-buffer
- Gives faster access to display the last error buffer.

6eab954afe Use + instead of ! for layer categories
Helm seems to treat "!" specially in pattern matching, so having a ! in
the pattern string when traversing directories is problematic. This
change fixes #2737, because as far as I can tell "+" has no special
meaning in a helm pattern.

Of course, we can choose a different character, but I'm fond of "+" as
representing "more layers here".
