Exaos-memes	904f7ea665	Define new variable: spacemacs-start-directory. ... With this new variable, user can load spacemacs anywhere, e.g. "~/.emacs.d/spacemacs/". Only user's cache directory is still hard-coded as "~/.emacs.d/.cache/".
