Maximilian Wolff d900b26291
[html] Move emmet-expand from tab to C-return 
tab is reserved by the auto-completion layer and
shall never be overwriten in a layer. This moves
emmet-expand to a similar binding which was
originally used by emmet for non evil users.

This treats evil and non evil users alike and
avoid conflicts with company key bindings.

baxx df896e4ee5 Added impatient-mode and updated HTML readme 
impatient-mode enables one to view HTML document changes live
via a local server, link to package here:

https://github.com/skeeto/impatient-mode/blob/master/README.md

Seemed as though HTML layer was an appropriate place for this.

Robert O'Connor 405e90d69a
Remove support for jade-mode; add pug-mode 
Jade has been deprecated and there is little need to support jade to
support jade anymore. If people need jade-mode, they can install the
package themselves and configure it. Pug is the renamed Jade project.

justbur 6eab954afe Use + instead of ! for layer categories 
Helm seems to treat "!" specially in pattern matching, so having a ! in
the pattern string when traversing directories is problematic. This
change fixes #2737, because as far as I can tell "+" has no special
meaning in a helm pattern.

Of course, we can choose a different character, but I'm fond of "+" as
representing "more layers here".
