gnu: clitest: Fix test failure with newer grep.
* gnu/packages/patches/clitest-grep-compat.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Adjust accordingly.
* gnu/packages/check.scm (clitest)[source](patches): New field.
[arguments]: While at it, remove obsolete substitution.
