(glibc-final-with-bootstrap-bash): ... this. Change `name' to "glibc-intermediate". Remove #:patch-shebangs? setting. (cross-gcc-wrapper): New procedure, with code formerly in GCC-BOOT0-WRAPPED. (gcc-boot0-wrapped): Use it. (static-bash-for-glibc): New variable.
