* gnu/packages/llvm.scm (clang-from-llvm): Add #:tools-extra. Add 'output' field. In 'inputs', add TOOLS-EXTRA when it's given. In 'arguments', add 'add-tools-extra' and 'move-extra-tools' phases when TOOLS-EXTRA is given.
