* gnu/packages/patches/plasp-fix-normalization.patch: New file.
* gnu/packages/patches/plasp-include-iostream.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Register them here.
* gnu/packages/potassoc.scm (plasp): New variable.
