gnu: gcc: Adjust 'strmov' patch for string constants in variables.

Fixes <https://bugs.gnu.org/30395>.

* gnu/packages/patches/gcc-strmov-store-file-names.patch: Update patch
to deal with string constants stored in 'static' variables.
