store: Remove 'register-path'.

* guix/store.scm (register-path): Remove.
* guix/nar.scm: Use (guix store database).
* guix/scripts/system.scm: Likewise.
* tests/store-database.scm: Remove #:hide (register-path).
* tests/store.scm ("register-path"): Remove.
