build-expression->derivation: Have the build fail when EXP returns #f.

* guix/derivations.scm (build-expression->derivation)[builder]: Pass the
  result of EXP to `exit'.

* tests/derivations.scm ("build-expression->derivation with expression
  returning #f"): New test.
