gnu: ocaml-dose3: Disable tests to avoid Python 2 dependencies.

* gnu/packages/ocaml.scm (ocaml-dose3)[tests?]: Set to #f.
[native-inputs]: Use new style.  Remove python-2 and python2-pyyaml.
