* gnu/packages/maths.scm (ceres): Update to 2.0.0.
  [inputs]: Use simplified format.
  (ceres-solver-benchmarks)[phases]: Add schur_eliminator_benchmark.
  Replace autodiff_cost_function_benchmark with new autodiff_benchmarks.
