gnu: coreutils: Patch broken Gnulib tests.
Fixes <https://bugs.gnu.org/49459>. * gnu/packages/patches/coreutils-gnulib-tests.patch: New file. * gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it. * gnu/packages/base.scm (coreutils)[source]: Use it.
