gnu: v4l2loopback-linux-module: Really disable tests.

was a botched by-hand
‘merge’ that caused the default check phase to run, and fail.
* gnu/packages/linux.scm (v4l2loopback-linux-module)[arguments]:
Set #:tests? to #f.
