services: block-facebook-hosts: Use proper unroutable addresses.

This is safer and more appropriate than redirecting to localhost.

* gnu/services/networking.scm (%unroutable-ipv4, %unroutable-ipv6): New
variables.
(facebook-host-aliases): Use them.
