gexp: Micro-optimize 'gexp->sexp' and 'lower-inputs'.

* guix/gexp.scm (lower-inputs, gexp->sexp): Change keyword parameters to
positional parameters.  Adjust callers accordingly.
* tests/gexp.scm (gexp->sexp*, "gexp->file"): Adjust accordingly.
