* gnu/packages/monitoring.scm (python-pyzabbix)[arguments]: Remove patch
phase.  Use pytest instead of nose in check phase.
[native-inputs]: Remove PYTHON-HTTPRETTY and PYTHON-NOSE.  Add
PYTHON-REQUESTS-MOCK and PYTHON-PYTEST.
[propagated-inputs]: Remove PYTHON-SEMANTIC-VERSION.  Add PYTHON-PACKAGING.
