tests: pypi: Mute the output of tar. 

The output of tar when creating archives for the purpose of tests is not
useful, so we mute it.

* tests/pypi.scm ("pypi->guix-package"): Mute the output of tar.
("pypi->guix-package, wheels"): Likewise.
