gnu: ghc-zlib: Enable tests.

* gnu/packages/haskell.scm (ghc-zlib)[arguments]: Enable tests. Allow building
with newer tasty.
[native-inputs]: Add ghc-quickcheck, ghc-tasty, ghc-tasty-hunit and
ghc-tasty-quickcheck.
