vm: Reset file timestamps in ISO images.

Partly fixes <https://bugs.gnu.org/35283>. Reported by Florian Pelz <pelzflorian@pelzflorian.de>. * gnu/build/vm.scm (make-iso9660-image): Pass "-volume_date all_file_dates =1".
