* New primop: builtins.toFile, which writes a string into the store

and returns its path.  This can be used to (for instance) write
  builders inside a Nix expression, e.g.,

  stdenv.mkDerivation {
    builder = "
      source $stdenv/setup
      ...
    ";
    ...
  }
