tests: Avoid buffering in 'fcntl-flock' tests.

Partially fixes <http://bugs.gnu.org/17212>.

* tests/utils.scm ("fcntl-flock wait", "fcntl-flock non-blocking"): Open
  files in binary mode, with no buffering.
