gnu: grub: Support graphical gfxterm on all systems.

* gnu/bootloaders/grub.scm (eye-candy): Use gfxterm depending only on
(bootloader-configuration (terminal-outputs …)), which defaults to '(gfxterm).
This makes the system argument obsolete.
