gnu: emacs: Handle pdump filenames that contain a fingerprint.

* gnu/packages/emacs.scm (emacs) [restore-emacs-pdmp]: Use lax regular
expressions to match files by the “.pdmp” file ending only.  Adjust comment
accordingly.
