ssh: Honor GUIX_DAEMON_SOCKET on the target machine.

* guix/ssh.scm (remote-daemon-channel)[redirect]: Define
'connect-to-daemon'.  Use the same-named procedure from (guix store)
when available, and honor GUIX_DAEMON_SOCKET.
