* gnu/packages/networking.scm (ipcalc): Update to 0.51.
[source]: Use GIT-FETCH and GIT-FILE-NAME.
[inputs]: Remove tar, gzip, and the bogus ‘tarball’.
[arguments]: Adjust to build from Git.
[home-page]: Update.
