svn-download: Default to non-recursive checkouts.

As it turns out, all packages that fetch code from Subversion expect it
to be non-recursive by default.  Clarify that.

* guix/svn-download.scm (<svn-reference>)[recursive?]: Default to #f.
(<svn-multi-reference>)[recursive?]: Likewise.
