gnu: Temporarily use glib without documentation.

GLib v2.68.0 refers to gtk-doc v1.32.1 which is not released yet.
Therefore, hide glib-with-documentation and unhide glib.

* gnu/packages/glib.scm (glib) [properties]: Remove hidden.
(glib-with-documentation) [properties]: Add hidden.
