[meson]: Delete argument.
[configure-flags]: Remove "-Dintrospection" and "-Dgtk_doc=false."
[phases]: Delete trailing #t.
[native-inputs]: Delete labels.  Add gi-docgen.  Replace intltool with
gettext-minimal.  Sort.
[home-page]: Update URL.
