gnu: raspberry-pi: Add defconfig objects to build customized Linux kernels.

gnu/packages/raspberry-pi.scm (make-raspi-defconfig): New procedure.
(%bcm2709-defconfig, %bcm2711-defconfig, %bcm2711-defconfig-64)
(%bcmrpi3-defconfig): New variables.
