gexp: #:references-graphs accepts and honors <gexp-input> records.

* guix/gexp.scm (lower-reference-graphs)[tuple->gexp-input]: Add
‘gexp-input?’ case.
(gexp->derivation): Update docstring.
* doc/guix.texi (G-Expressions): Adjust accordingly.
* tests/gexp.scm ("references-file, non-default output"): New test.
