gnu: fsarchiver: Edit synopsis & description. 

* gnu/packages/file-systems.scm (fsarchiver)[synopsis, description]:
Fix spelling (file system, lose, …).  Edit for grammar and style (‘…allows you
to…’).  Provide more information about the package.
