services: network-manager: Add iwd backend support. 

* gnu/services/networking.scm (network-manager-configuration)[iwd?]: New
field.
(network-manager-shepherd-service): Add iwd to requirements if needed.
* doc/guix.texi: Add information about iwd? option.
