gnu: ungoogled-chromium: Use the new lld-as-ld-wrapper.

* gnu/packages/chromium.scm (make-lld-wrapper): Delete procedure.
(ungoogled-chromium)[native-inputs]: Replace its use by lld-as-ld-wrapper.
