Kp 499d0fbe6c Remove excess Players elements
This was present in the Descent 2 source release with no explanation and
no apparent purpose.  Its presence complicates various loops, so remove
it.

Per comment in physfs.h, the spelling PHYSFS_file is deprecated.
Replace all instances with PHYSFS_File.
