Updated Upstream (Bukkit/CraftBukkit/Spigot) (#6222)
Upstream has released updates that appear to apply and compile correctly.
This update has not been tested by PaperMC and as with ANY update, please do your own testing

Subject: [PATCH] Player.setPlayerProfile API
This can be useful for changing name or skins after a player has logged in.
